At the meeting, it was decided that businessman and owner of NAVI and Maincast, Maksym Krippa, would become the new president of the Ukrainian Esports Federation. The board of directors was also completely restructured.
According to Gameinside.ua, the changes were approved unanimously.
What is known about the changes?
An official announcement is expected soon, along with the presentation of the new leadership. According to the publication’s sources, businessman Maksym Krippa assumed the role of president of the Federation, while Andriy Hryshchenko, known for organizing NAVI tournaments, will become its executive director.
The new board of directors will include members of NAVI and Maincast management: NAVI CEO Yevhen Zolotarov, Maincast co-founder Vitalii Volochai, talent Mykhailo Zvieriev, NAVI coach Andriy Horodenskyi, and NAVI COO Oleksii Kucheriov.
As a result, Ukrainian esports will now be under the leadership of NAVI owner Maksym Krippa. He will not only own a leading esports team and the country’s top esports broadcasting studio but will also head the Ukrainian Esports Federation, which is a member of all major international esports organizations.

A source close to a former board member reported that all regional representatives and previous board members of UESF were asked to sign a document confirming the meeting during which the new president and board members were unanimously approved.
Earlier, the publication had reported that Krippa was allegedly exerting pressure on UESF through influencers from NAVI and Maincast in an effort to take control of the organization — a goal that now appears to have been achieved.
