Renowned Ukrainian businessman Maksym Krippa, owner of the Parus business center and the Ukraine hotel in the capital, has begun a partnership and cooperation with the Ukrainian developer DIM.
This was reported on the website dim-bud.ua.
Details of the Agreement
Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa decided to expand his real estate investment portfolio. He will collaborate with the DIM group of companies, a leader in residential development in the Kyiv metropolitan area.
In 2023, Krippa acquired the Parus business center; in 2024, he owned the historic Ukraine hotel. Cooperation with the developer DIM will be the entrepreneur’s third significant investment in Ukrainian real estate during the full-scale invasion.
The businessman shared that he decided to invest in DIM’s projects not only because they have significant investment potential but also due to their shared approach to doing business during the war. Krippa noted that this group of companies is not afraid to build, and he is not scared to invest. Thanks to this, in his opinion, they will be able to implement the boldest projects in their homeland.
The founder and managing partner of the DIM group, Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, said that the company began working with a reliable partner who understands the specifics and needs of businesses in the construction industry well.
Thanks to cooperation with Krippa, Nasikovskyi believes they can complete ongoing construction projects on time and confidently start new ones. The developer DIM owns a real estate portfolio in Kyiv and the region totaling over 900,000 square meters.
